Around November of 2017 I was 275 lbs and having knee and back issues. It was hard to walk a set of stairs without feeling as if I just climbed Mount Everest. What was more painful than that was not being the dad I always wanted to be to my 2 beautiful little girls. I always had dreams of being a super dad – the dad that would play sports with them and be that strong role model for them. Around that time, my wife started her mission to be fit, which also helped motivate me to change my ways! So, I set up my Total Gym again and made a permanent gym space. I picked my 3 favorite exercises from each muscle group and started doing one hour full-body workouts 3 days a week.
BAM! A year and a bit later I am down 75 lbs! I have gone from a 42 waist to a 34! My shirt size was an XL and now it’s a M! With restored strength in my knees and back thanks to the low impact exercises of the total gym, at 34 I feel on top of the world!
The Total Gym has changed my life in ways I could have never thought. I look better. I feel better, and I am more confident than I have ever been in my life. The best part of all is that I loved every minute of it! The Total Gym is sooooo fun to use! That made it easy for me to make it a permanent part of my life. I am a new man, and the super dad I have always wanted to be, because of Total Gym.
