Air Force Veteran and Former Playboy Model Stands Up for American Flag

A video of Michelle Manhart, an Air Force veteran and former Playboy model, protecting the American flag from desecration went viral last week. The veteran was arrested by police after she picked up and refused to return an American flag that demonstrators at Valdosta State University had tossed on the ground and trampled. Watch the viral video below to see what has now sparked demonstrations and a warrant for the arrest of one of the protesters.

After her arrest, Air Force veteran Michelle Manhart was banned from Valdosta State University while the school’s President stood by the protester’s right to desecrate the American Flag. The University President’s statement on the matter triggered an overwhelming backlash on the Valdosta State University Facebook page from those who support Manhart and the military women and men who fought to protect our flag.

Students on the campus staged their own demonstrations in support of the American flag. And it now turns out that some of the “peaceful” demonstrators were neither students or very peaceful. There is now an arrest warrant for one of the central figures of the protests as a handgun was found in a bag that he had on campus. Watch the video that started it all with Air Force veteran Michelle Manhart protecting our flag below.
